Rates
Rates for private consultation are as follows:

Office Sessions:

New Client Evaluation (90-120 minutes): $295

Established Client Session:
60 minutes: $175
90 minutes: $245

Phone or Skype Sessions:

New Client Phone or Skype Evaluation (60-90 minutes): $245

Established client session via telephone or Skype:
30 minutes: $90
60 minutes: $175

Product Education Consultation:
20 minutes for $45
If $95 worth of products are purchased at the time of consultation, the consultation fee will be waived.
If $95 worth of products recommended during a consultation are purchased at a later date, $20 of the consultation fee will be applied as a credit towards those purchases.

Insurance
Dr. Howard is not on an insurance plan and does not bill insurance companies on behalf of clients.  She will be happy to provide you with a bill to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

Payment Methods
Credit cards, personal checks and cash are accepted.

Payment Terms and Cancellation Policy:
Payment for private clinical sessions is due at the time of service. Cancellation notice is 48 hours in non-emergency sitations.
Dr. Howard will make every effort to accommodate client scheduling changes on short notice, when possible.

Payment for telephone and Skype sessions is due at the time of appointment confirmation. Cancellation notice is 24 hours in non-emergency situations.
