About the primary facilitator: Dr. Heather Howard is a clinical sexologist, educator and researcher in the field of human sexuality. She developed her specialty in sexual rehabilitation from pelvic pain conditions as a result of living with and learning to manage her own chronic pelvic pain condition.

SEXUAL ENRICHMENT WORKSHOP for INDIVIDUALS and COUPLES:
Has your sex life been affected by physical pain or limited mobility? Do you feel your pleasurable options are limited or nonexistent?
Develop the tools to build and maintain intimacy, connection and pleasure and take charge of your sex life. If you are an individual or couple experiencing sexual challenges related to health conditions such as pelvic or sexual pain, chronic pain, or limited mobility, you will accomplish the following:
- identify your sexual goals
- identify roadblocks to sexual satisfaction
- learn practical solutions to improve sexual comfort and pleasure
- expand your sexual options
You will leave with sexual confidence and new tools to enjoy improved intimacy and satisfying sexual activities for both you and your partner.

WORKSHOP for WOMEN with PELVIC PAIN:
Has your health condition affected how you see yourself and how you interact with the people in your life, including friends, family, co-workers, lovers and life partners? Has it affected your sexual identity, your body image or your sexual relationships?
This workshop will help you to better understand your needs in relationship to yourself and others, and to connect with your body and find tools for achieving pleasure despite pain or physical limitations.
This journey of self-discovery will take place in a safe space and be guided by an experienced facilitator. You and a small group of women who share similar challenges and stories will learn about yourselves and identify your personal, relationship and sexual goals. You will also identify some of the factors holding you back and develop a plan to meet your goals.
When: March 2, 9, 16 & 23 (4 consecutive Tuesdays) from 6:30PM-8:30PM

Support Group for People with Pelvic Pain and Partners: open to all
This 4-week support group addresses the sexual challenges experienced by people with pelvic pain. There will be a short presentation at the beginning of each session and then group participants will have the opportunity to discuss the topic of the evening and share their stories with others. We will identify and discuss the sexual challenges experienced, therapeutic tools for addressing sexual challenges, sexual positions to manage pain, pleasure devices and positional aids to improve satisfaction, and more.
When: March 4, 11, 18 & 25 (4 consecutive Thursdays) from 6:30PM-8:30PM

Pleasure Education Workshop:

A pleasure education workshop is a celebration of pleasure, intimacy and sensuality. A qualified sexologist will introduce a variety of techniques and elegant products designed to enhance pleasure and intimacy, and will create a safe space for you to ask your burning questions about sexuality. You will have the opportunity to order products in a private setting with the assistance of an expert; some items will be available to take home right away and the rest will arrive at your preferred address during the week following the event. Shipping is free of charge on all orders placed during the event.
